These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and dgd99 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all use of the dgd99 website, including account registration, betting, gaming, deposits, withdrawals, and all related activities. By accessing or using dgd99 in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

• Each person may hold only one (1) account on dgd99. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited. dgd99 may close all associated accounts and withhold balances if multiple accounts are detected.
• You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification issued to a resident of Bangladesh.

2. Deposits and Payment Methods

dgd99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

• dgd99 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any unverified payment channel. Deposits made through unapproved methods will be reversed and may trigger a security review of your account.
• dgd99 is not liable for any delay, loss, or error caused by your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within one (1) hour of transfer, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

3. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at dgd99 are subject to the following terms. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, and the account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is approved.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or additional verification requirements.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only funds that have met the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before rollover completion will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per IP address, and per mobile device. Circumventing this rule through the use of VPN services, proxy servers, or shared networks may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
